[SOLVED]FullCalendar Viz - Change Locale

I can see
.../plugins/fabrik_visualization/fullcalendar/libs/fullcalendar/lang/de.jss
is only loaded with DebugJS enabled
whereas
...plugins/fabrik_visualization/fullcalendar/fullcalendar-min.js
is only loaded with Debug off.

Maybe it's a hint that
.../media/com_fabrik/js/lib/moment/moment.js
and
.../plugins/fabrik_visualization/fullcalendar/libs/fullcalendar/fullcalendar.min.js

are loaded in a different order with/without DebugJS?

Is this really solved ?
I?m using fabrik 3.7 and joomla 3.7.5
I?m using a pt-BR translated site and only fullcallendar is showing in English.
When I set Fabrik option Allow fabrikDebug = Debug JS then translation is shown correctly in portuguese.

For a production site, is it ok to keep this JS debug setting ?
Has someone come to a better solution for this ?

btw, I teste the new 3.5.1 fullcalender lib, replacing all files in plugins/fabrik_visualization/fullcalendar/libs/fullcalendar/
for the new ones, and it worked fine.
