SQLite DateTime to Format datetime

I store datetimes as a Long in my mobile SQLite tables. these are milliseconds since Jan 1, 1970 - as opposed to MySQL Timestamp of seconds since epoch. Each record from device is appended to MySQL tables.

I have searched the forum but have not found a method to show in list and form how to set this Long value to a formatted date and time (2015-04-24 18:05:12).

Any suggestions much appreciated.
