I would like to style the 'calc' element field. Where in the style sheet do I go to style this element in form view? Right now it appears, value only, without border or background color. Thanks

CSS class is .calc (fabrik3);
you can add a custom_css.php to your form template with e.g.
#{$view}_$c .calc .fabrikElement {border:2px solid red}
