Sum of calculated filed

I do have a calculated filed that is working fine. It has ajax calculation on. The problem is that having enabled the sum for this element, i have no result, but i only get a zero(0).

Can we make calculations on calculated filed?Is it possible to insert the value of the calculated filed in the database?Because when looking the elements value in the database is NULL, although is it calculated just fine.

The calculated value is stored in the database when the record is saved (so if you add a calc element to a table/list with existing records you must resave every record or set the calc DB column manually with e.g. phpMyAdmin)

You can't calculate on calc elements because you don't know which is calculated first; repeat the calculations in your e.g. "total" element.
