timestamp-min.js file is missing, getting a 404 error

I hit submit on my form and a whole to of nothing happens. I receive the following message
timestamp-min.js file is missing, getting a 404 error after submit
I looked in the plugins dir " plugins/com_fabrik/timestamp, imstamp, and all I see here is a timestamp.PHP.
So I checked the files on GItHub, Any advise?

timestamp-min.js is in plg_fabrik_element_timestamp_3.1.zip and in GitHub
How did you install the timestamp element?
What is your exact Fabrik version?

Joomla 3.2.2
Fabrik 3.1
Installed the Package, then installed the timestamp plugin from the Fabrikar. I also grabbed the timestamp plug in from GitHub but it doesn't have the file that I can see either

It is not a great idea to grab bits from GitHub as bits rather than update as a whole from GitHub.

Also, you need to ensure that you take files from the correct branch of GitHub which is the Joomla3 branch if you are running F3.1. If you look here you will see that timestamp-min.js is in GitHub for F3.1. OTOH, if you look here you will see that this file does not exist in Fabrik 3.0.
