Unable to save or edit field element

Hi there,

I am unable to make any changes to an existing field element for some reason.
When the element first loads, Firebug is showing an "opt.params" is null error, and when trying to save any changes Firebug gives the "reference error: controller is not defined".
The field element contains one validation rule with a javascript which is trying to hide another element on form load.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We're using fabrik 3.0.9 .

This issue seems to occur after creating a javascript action....

I can't replicate this with the latest github code, so my first suggestion would be to update to that, clear your browser cache and try saving the element.

Same problem. Only i'm using brand new fabrik 3.1 rc2 from github.

woops my mistake - i was testing in Joomla 3.2
I can see the issue in Joomla 2.5 and have fixed it with this commit -

hopefully updating from github should resolve the issue
