Updating list data before loadingthe form

Hi all,

I'm trying to find solution for my web page. Here is my problem:
I'm trying to add some data to my list before the form is loaded. So that the form already shows updated data.

Please , ideas and PHP scripts...

Already tried UPDATE , yes data is updated in MySQL database but form shows old data. And after submit changes data back to the old.
