Upsert Plugin - Updating double rows with groups

I am literally loving this plugin. Thank you so much for creating it.

It works great on a single form, but when I use it on a form that uses groups, it updates the upsert table with duplicate data.

What can I do to troubleshoot?

No repeated groups enabled. I have 17 groups on one list, each with form upsert plugin. Each time I update a group, it inserts 2 rows into the list copy.

But on my other list without any groups, it only inserts 1 row into the list copy.

The plugin is attached to the form, so I'd expect to see only one plugin, but it seems that you are suggesting its tied to the groups somehow? perhaps a screen shot of the form plugin settings might clarify things for us?

Right now all the groups copy to that one table. I was thinking of making each group copy to a different database table, but if a user has to view a duplicate copy of every single submission, it may cause many complaints. haha.


Let me know if you see anything that sticks out that is not configured properly.

Not sure if this is the reason, but I think your upsert plugin's 'primary key' setting should be 'id' and not 'parentid' ?
Try setting it to that to see if that fixes things

Hi Rob,

I had it originally as "id" for "primary key" and it was doing the same thing, so I changed it to parent_id to test a difference.

I changed it back to id though. Same duplicate entries.

Can you fill in http://fabrikar.com/you/my-sites with the site's info and then tell me which form the plugin is attached to, then I can take a more in depth look
