User plugin error Joomla 3.3

When I view the list of records in list view or in form view or detail view I get the following error.

Strict Standards: Declaration of PlgFabrik_ElementUser::_getSelectLabel() should be compatible with PlgFabrik_ElementDatabasejoin::_getSelectLabel($filter = false) in /home/nine007/public_html/db/plugins/fabrik_element/user/user.php on line 25

What is the problem in the error?

Set the Joomla reporting error to "maximum" instead of "developper" and the error won't show anymore.
