When I place a notempty validation on a time element the values in the 2 parts get swapped.
For example, when I choose HH:01 and press submit I get the validation error but the element changes to 01:MM. The same happens in reverse if I choose 01:MM and hit submit it changes to HH:01.
Very odd behavior.
