validation plug in: is numeric

Hi,
finally I've installed fabrik from the web tab installation of joomla.

I'm starting to create my first form and I've to say is almost easy.
I've just a question, for now

I've insert as field a mobile number. I've set field as type, integer as format but when I do the test inserting something else than number (ex. text) the field is recorded.

I've found in downloads the validation plug in "is numeric" but is signed for Joomla! 1.5, my question is: so it not works on my joomla 3.9.x version?

I think that this is a mistake and the plugin may be work properly.

Yup, it's a ...3.9.zip, it's only a wrong tag
