Validation text issue

The validation error message is missing in $element->error,
so it can't be displayed as text (e.g. in labels-abovd)

It's the Ajax validation displaying only the icon with hover message but not the message text in the <div> below the field.

"Save" button is displaying the messages.

ah great, I didn't have the form set to do ajax validations.
I could see the issue and believe I've added a fix into github
