Want Fabrik "date" component on the left in the form

Hello, i'm using Fabrik 3.0.5-1016 on Joomla 2.5. I use a Gantry Template v3.2.22.

I'm using the component 'date' into a form. Everything is working good, but i want to display the field on the left. Right now the field is on the right and the description of the field is on left.

Any idea? Thank you
