    Thanks Troester. ISSUE is RESOLVED !! My mistake was that I had unzipped pkg_fabrik_3.8.1.zip and installed com_fabrik_3.8.1.zip first. Really silly error. So solution is to install pkg_fabrik_3.8.1.zip
