admin menu item ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

ok, this is strange, to me..
fabrik just updated to 3.1rc1 installed on Joomla 2.5.14

Setting up a menu fabrik list. no problems.
Go back and decided to choose elements to show in the list. no problem close and save.
Go back and try to select, the button does not work. I see the ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined in fabrikmodalrepeat-min.js
click again and the modal appears with only 2 empty dropdowns.. very strange indeed..
I will not use the menu select elements to choose which to list, but still wtf eh?

Confirmed.
Same with the prefilter select:
you can set once, trying to edit later needs a double click to open the popup, then showing two empty prefilters

ah yup, of course bad me! Joomla 3.x loads jquery by default but joomla 2.5 doesn't. That code is really only meant to be run in Joomla 3.x anyway - I've added a fix for it here:
