[bug] Local comment don't work [solved]

The Local comment plugin only works the first time you comment on a record.

It don't work if the row already has comments.

I have tested on multiple systems and it happen both in front-end and admin.

All the answer field(s) that shuld have been hidden are shown, and if you tries to post it just sendt you to an error page saying: "cant't find record whit id=0"

I've fixed some things with the comments, although not specifically what you are reporting - would you mind updating and seeing if that fixes things? If not it sounds like a javascript error so I'd need to see your form to be able to investigate further - so could you post the url to it please?
