[bug] null repeating groups not working for database join

When I set a database join repeating group to min-group=0, I expect the form to load with a null group (shows nothing but 'no-data'). This used to work on my curriculum mapping site (updated the info in 'My Sites') but it no longer works after a github pull... every group loads a single time.

To see what I mean, go to the curriculum mapping site and then index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=form&formid=19&rowid=&Itemid=114

Under the 'Extended Info' tab, all the repeating groups should be null...

I've had a look but its been heavily worked on by several people and I can't quiet figure out the logic - I'll need to discuss with Hugh I think before being able to fix anything

It's been a huge pleasure working for you and I hope to be back as a paying customer when financial restraints permit. In the meantime, do you mind starting a bug report on this issue? It's the last favor I'll request before stepping out of the ring ;-)

its being worked on I think - its just something that Hugh had added - and then Paul altered so I'm not really the best placed to fix it. I've specifically raised a ticket though - https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/issues/1063
