Cannot read property 'addEvent' for form.js

Hi all,

I have just upgraded my test site and most of my forms are working. Some however are showing the following error in Chrome Developer Tools:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'addEvent' of null

This is for file /media/com_fabrik/js/dist/form.js on line 2

.....this.form.addEvent("click:relay(.fabrikSubGroup)",...

Could anyone give me pointers on what to do? I've updated via GitHub but still get the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Worked it out. Was due to my old custom template from previous site. Had to copy and alter the new bootstrap template to suit instead.
