Captcha with condition

Is it possible to bypass Captcha if the client ip is of certain range and only enable if it is from outside the company network ?

Captcha has an option "Show when logged in".
To display it depending on some Joomla access level you can put it in an extra group.

But for IP range etc. I can only imagine a custom template.
