Create new element without parent/child behaviour

When I copy a list, in the database a new list, form, groups and elements will are created, that great.

But now, how to create a new element in the copied form without an automatic creation of this new element in the parent ?
Is there an option to say create that element only for that form and not for the parent or child ?

I have manually set to 0 the column parent_id in the fabrik_elements table. But each time I create a new element, I get 2 new lines in the database.
Is there an option to set in the column params in the table fabrik_groups or fabrik_forms ?

In Fabrik options you can set the linked new elements to be created as unpublished.

That sounds good, thank you for your answer ! I certainly have sand in my eyes, I didn't see that option.
Perhaps, that could be a good option for the futur to clone or not new elements.
