CSV export problems

Hi

It seems there are some issues with the list export to csv:
1. The exported csv doesn't have the Element label in the first row although it's selected in the 'Heading format'
2. The exported csv doesn't export the value of a calc element. It exports this:

<span class="fabrikTip" title="&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;" opts='{"formTip":true,"position":"top-left","trigger":"hover","notice":true}'">C</span>

...instead of 'C'

I use the selected export method exporting only the data and not the raw values. Attached are my settings:

The missing labels should be fixed in todays github code
If you include raw does the calc element output with out the html surrounding it?
