CSV export

1) csv export with advanced search doen't work - it's a big problem.
2) if I export full table everything is ok with encoding (I use utf-8)
3) if I export filtered data I not good file encoding see at the picture. Although file-encoding I've chosen is UTF-8.

3) I can't replicate. Your screenshot doesn't look like a standard CSV file. Did you set the correct character encoding in the program you've used to open the exported file?

I use export to Excel csv. I use UTF-8 file encoding in csv options. This is screenshot of exported csv opened with Excel.
