Element to delete a record after a time

Hi, I'm working in a website con a condominium an they require a form whre they can add visitor for just for a certain time. For example: John Smith Visit last for 1 day only and then that visitor record can be deleted automatically or have just gray out or make something then the officer now then that visit expires.
Any idea how to do this? Thanks a lot.

You can add a Fabrik "Schedule" task (php plugin) to change e.g. a status of a visitor record.
