Email plugin not working after updating to Joomla 3.5.1

Hello all,


After updating to Joomla 3.5.1 a couple of days ago, the email plugin doesn't work as before. The emails simply aren't send.

I checked the email configuration in Joomlas Global Configuration and the test emails are delivered perfectly.

Another funny thing. When I tried to edit and save the email plugin, the redirect plugin was automatically removed. When reactivating the redirect plugin the email plugin was gone. Seems Fabrik now only alows me to have one plugin installed.

Reinstalled the backup made, which was still in Joomla 3.5.0. Everything worked fine again. Updated to 3.5.1 again. Same issues reappeared.

Anyone any ideas?

Are you running Fabrik3.4.3?

I think all is up to date. Is there any way to check the current version?
(Been through all the Fabrik screens, but haven't found anything showing the installed version.)

When searching for available updates, Joomla returns 'There are no updates available at the moment. Please check again later.'

Extension/Manage, search for fabrik
To make sure to see really the last installed version (also in case of a GitHub update) check the plugins and click "Refresh cache".

Did you clear all Joomla and browser cache?

I can't replicate a problem with J!3.5.1 and vanishing form plugins.

Hi Erik-74,

I had the same problem, and was able to resolve it by reinstalling the Fabrik 'Form - Email Plugin'.
