I will create a new user from the frontend ans user juser-plugin.

After saving the record I get this message:

Folgender Kontakt konnte nicht aktualisiert werden: COM_CONTACT_ERROR_UNIQUE_ALIAS

what does it mean?

This is an error string from Joomla com_contact component. I found this string in the english string file for Joomla as:

"Another Contact from this category has the same alias".

So I guess, that your user registration form is creating a Joomla contact record for the user and there is already a record for the same alias in the contacts list.
