Fabrik migration

Hello, I'm very new to Fabrik and I apologize if this has been asked before, I've been asked to move a joomla installation from 1.526j to a 3.6.2. To do so, I had to perform a clean installation of joomla and then migrate the data. On the old website there are a bunch of forms made with fabrik that I need to migrate on the new installation, is there a non-manual way to do this? If so, is there some kind of tutorial I can follow?

But I don't see any way to jump from J1.5/Fabrik2 to J3.6/Fabrik3.5 "non-manually"
