go to:
http://www.skyrun.com/skyforce/leads
then click on any lead and scroll to the bottom (or click on the activities column all the way to the right on a lead to show just the activities).
then click on '+add' to add a new activity.
you'll get the message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in [mypath]/plugins/fabrik_list/php_events/php_events.php on line 37
