File Upload with Amazon S3 writes over existing files

I've just started using Amazon S3 upload for a client with the File Upload plugin (non-ajax). It works great. The only issue seems to be with the "If an existing file is found." It just writes over the existing file in the Amazon S3 bucket. I'd sure appreciate the "leave existing file and increment" to work on the Amazon S3 files too.
