filter not working

filter by status. if any status' are checked off (or even all status' checked), you get no records.

ah yes, we were doing a

FOO = 'a' AND FOO = 'b'

where as it should have been

FOO = 'a' OR FOO = 'b'

yes its for 3.1 - the joomla3 branch - odd as i tested here and could replicate it and the fix resolves the issue for me
