Are you seeing it on page load, or when you fill out some element on the form?

Would it make any difference who I'm logged in as? I use the credentials in your My Sites.

I changed the element oras from cdd rendered as autocomplete to dropdown, in order to test if the problem is because of autocomple function. No, there is no difference about user access, any registered user will see this error.

For example, select from element Judet (mean County in romanian) the value Brasov. Then, in the element Oras write "Brasov" (yes, same name as the county) or Poiana Brasov

New update....now i don't see any error in the debug console, but the cdd element is blocked and continue display the "Loading" message after i choose the value.

You can test it here, i created a separate list for this. I also tried to test it with the default template, same problem.
