Form adding new entries with id of 0

Not sure what's going on here and would appreciate any advice on this.

It seems that when I add new entries to a particular form I have it is setting the id (which is the PK and an internalid element) to 0 and therefore failing to add new entries. I have no idea why. I have had a few issues with this table before when the same element seemed to randomly decide it was no longer the PK, so I went into phpmyadmin to set it as the PK again, I wonder if it could be anything to do with this.

I have Joomla 3 and the latest install of Fabrik (I updated from GitHub today).

Any ideas why it might be doing this?

is the id set to auto increment?
published, writable for the user?

Hi Troester,

I just checked the AI in phpmyadmin and it was no longer set. So that's set now and it all seems to be working.
