how to edit data displayed in list

I have a fabrik form created and want to view only certain elements in the list. Where do I create the list of elements to be displayed in a list? This should be easy, but I can't find it.

Not sure I understand you correctly - you want to know how to hide/show which elements are displayed in your list view? If yes, you can change the "Show in List" in each element's "List Settings"

You can also go to the element page in the backend and toggle the "Show in list" for each element in the list.
