I need your help: the email plugin form dont send all images from upload field with Ajax upload

The email plugin form don`t send all images from upload field with Ajax upload

I have a form to medical file (Consultas), which can send reminders to patients and images of studies, this using two email plugin form + article template, one for reminders and one for images of studies

If I active the Option in the upload field: "Email File", all upload images of the field are send in all templates (reminders and images of studies), But I dont want this, I want send the all images of upload field using only the template for images of studies.

Then, i have that disable the Option in the upload field: "Email File", and put the name of upload field in the template for images of studies. Because then, in the template: "reminders", dont be send the images of field upload.

All Its fine, but when loaded more to two images in the upload field, only send the first. This would be good if only an image is uploaded, but is necesary load 3 to 5 images by each register.

I reviewed the plugin code, but i cant find then problem.

Somebody can help me?

I use the plugin upload version 3.4.3.
