insert multiple records from one form

hi all i am new using fabrik not find how to do the following:
I have two related tables procedure call and the other activities. the idea is that a procedure has many activities and what I want is to select the procedure name in a drop down list is created as a field goes into selecting the dropdown items in fabrik. I want to enter endless activities to activities with a corresponding table ID procedure on one form.

Not sure if I got exactly what you mean.

You can create one fabrik list, add a 2nd group to the form, set this group to repeatable and put your activities elements into this group.

Or - if you already have the two tables/lists:
add a databasejoin element to activities, pointing to procedures
add a join to procedures list, join to activies, repeatable=yes
