Installing/Configuring DOMPDF

Hi
I am having difficulty in understanding the process of installing DOMPDF so that I can create PDFs from my Fabrik 3.1.0 data.
I'm very much new to this aspect of Joomla configuration so a simple explanation of the installation & configuration process would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks @troester . I realise now that my problem is an "unable to detect manifest file" error (due to the size of the library file, presumably) which I will need to take up with my hosting provider. I had initially thought that what was needed was a more manual file-copy installation
