I'm trying to create a form where applicants (students) enter the email address of their referees (professors in this case). The referee receives an automatic email message asking them to click a link and fill in a form where they can answer questions, give marks (1 to 5...), write their opinion about that student and so on...
Is there any submission plugin that I can adapt to what I need here? It's a sort of "tell a friend" form, but with an automatically generated link that connects the referee's submitted form to the applicant's data.
But the link could also be the same for all referees and, when the referee submits his form, his data have to be connected to the student who has appointed him as referee. Sorry I'm still pretty newbie...
