I had this validation on my field element before but cant find it in fabrik 3 and was wondering how to get the same result?

It should be there in element -> Validations (Tab).

If it isn't then check the plugin is enabled in your plugin manager.

No its not even in the plug in manager, I got (greaterorlessthan, not empty, Php, and Regex)...
