Javascript in a Form ?

Hi,
reading the Wiki

The way form JS is handled has changed in Fabrik 3.x. To interact with a Fabrik form you now add event listeners in your custom Javascript files.

Could somebody detail more the Wiki ???

Where to put this code ???
Does it mean templating ? as I was adviced in the forum to stick to regular interface I would like to avoid it.
F2.0 Javascript Form plugin was fine...

Ideally I would redirect the browser to a page when closing my Form.

No, as the files are tied to the form/list id and not the template used.

For Form listeners, is there an event on Form Closing with a click on the upper right 'X' ?
