JUser condition not running

For some reason the condition php code set in the JUser plugin is not making it into the shouldProcess function. When I dump the params (dump($params->toArray()) inside the JUser plugin the condition is there, but when I issue the same dump inside the shouldProcess function inside models/plugin.php the params are mostly empty.

Probably something obvious. J3.2 and Fabrik 3.1RC2

seems to be working here - what code do you have in the juser condition field?
Do you have other plugins installed on the same form, if so which ones?
Finally could you confirm if you're you using the latest code from github
