jUser Plugin - Error on Edit Record

Hi,

I have a form for registering clients, where I have the jUser plugin configured in this way:

To create the registry, it does normal synchronization and everything works fine.

When I edit the registry, it gives an error, and says that the email and username already exists. That is, it seems that instead of editing the registry you are trying to add a new one.

How do I solve this situation?

Which element type is your "ID User Joomla" element? Which access settings?

BTW: you can insert printscreens directly into the post (copy/paste), opening external links is a bit complicated.

Hi Troester,

Thanks for the answer and the printscreens tip!

The access is: Pulbic

Hi Troester,

I was to see the database, and the Joomla user id, is not recorded in this field. It should be recorded, right?

Then I put the id corresponding to the Joomla user in the database, and even then the same error appears when editing.

Double check the setting of the userId element in the form plugin, resave...
Silly question: but is your userID element published?

It looks like it doesn't find this (or the correct) element.

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid that I am!

The element was not published ...

Thanks for the response and wasted time ...

I've been with this error since yesterday ...

I apologise immensely!

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
