Both my mediabox.css and mediabox.js files were overwritten when I upgraded to 3.0.6.1. What is the best way to create a custom css and .js for mediabox to avoid those files being overwritten in the future?

Hmmm. I could have sworn I'd mentioned that back when we came up with that stuff, that you should add them as overrides in a custom_css.php for the list and/or form template you are using.

You probably did. I think I added most of the changes in custom_css.php. There are just a few I made in the wrong place. I will clean that up. Thanks.
