You can use a custom template. Copy the folder ...
./plugins/fabrik_visualization/googlemap/views/googlemap/tmpl/bootstrap
... to a different name, edit the default.php to insert whatever you need, then under the "Options" tab in the viz settings, select your copy of the template.
