Link to form data in email

Good morning all

I have a form that is submitting data to the database table and sends an email to the relevant people. What I would like to do is to have a link in the email that points the recipient to the record so they can view it online with text like "View This Submission In Your Browser"

Is this possible?

Add the link to your form/detail to the email text. Use the absolute one http://....
something like
<a href=" http://....index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=form&Itemid=229&formid=35&rowid={rowid}&listid=33">View This Submission In Your Browser</a>
(I didn't test but I think {rowid} should do)

Thats fantastic it work great - thanks Troester! I have a small question, how can I make the link show the form without the row id so the user cant change it and view other records?

In principle you can't.
Every user who knows how Fabrik (and also Joomla or any other web app, it's nothing Fabrik related) is working can display anything by guessing a URL.
It's up to you to set your list's access settings.

So if the records are "owned" by registered users you can set a list prefilter showing only the records belonging to the user (who must be logged in).
