List Filter Based on Cascading Drop Down

I have 3 lists:
1) Manufacturer

1. Element | Field | Manufacturer Name

2) Model

1. Element dB Lookup from Table 1 || Field | Manufacturer Name
2. Element Field | Model name

3) Inventory

1. Element dB Lookup from Table 1 || Field | Manufacturer Name
2. Element Cascading drop down Model from list 2, watch Manufacturer Name
3. Other elements

Problem:
Front the front end, I'm trying to filter the inventory list (3), using both 3.1 (works fine), and 3.2 (drop down element displays and allows me so select, but it doesn't update the Inventory list (3).

This works from the back end, but not from the front end.

Any ideas would be sincerely appreciated.

In "Model" element's filter settings, is "Exact match" set to "Yes"?

Thank you for the response. Exact match is set to "Yes". I switch to "No" to test w/o impact.

Does filtering by other fields work in front-end. Do you get any js-errors on browser console when filtering?
