I am working on a group / form solution and turns out whenever i enter a new record if i add another row on a repeated group after i save it creates separate rows, is there a way to make them show on a single row?

As you can see the test 2 field is repeated twice with its 2 set of groups, i dont need that (if you press add you will notice).
