No showing pdf icon

Hi.

I have just installed Fabrik 3 on Joomla 2.5. I created a form and
I selected 'show' for the pdf icon, but when I view the form, the
pdf icon doesn't appear. If I select 'show' for email icon and print
icon, I can see them in my form, but it seems this doesn't work
for the pdf icon. I selected the template admin for the form.

I saw the source of my form page and it doesn't appear the
line with the pdf icon.

Can You please tell me where I'm wrong?

It's displaying fine on my site (frontend/backend, admin and other templates).
Did you set show PDF in list or in form?

Be aware, the PDF feature is very much work in progress.

A new problem

I have downloaded the latest version from github and the pdf icon appears,
but it doesn't work. When I click on the pdf icon i got an error:
HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error)
http://newwww.comune.udine.it/index.php/component/fabrik/details/2/pdf?format=pdf&rowid=
I set show PDF in form and I use for pdf the admin template.
