pdf & csv encoding problem

I'm using Fabrik 3.0.6 & Joomla 2.5.6.
database on Mysql in UTF-8.
all text (varchar) fields are in utf8_general_ci.
I have datas on russian and ukrainian languages (Cyrillic).
When I export lists or forms in pdf, I see the signs '? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?' instead of normal words.
And when export to csv and open file *.csv in Excel 2003 I see '???????????????????? ??????????????????","?????????????????? ??????????????-??' instead of normal words.

Maybe you known, what is my problem?

CSV export:
Standard CSV format is exporting UTF-8 which should be no problem (you must import in Excel as Excel doesn't handle UTF-8 directly)

Excel CSV format is using something like UTF-16 (I don't know exactly), you must have at least Excel2010 to open.

Yea, it's bugs, when I export list to pdf by dompdf.

Phpmyadmin have a perfect export instruments.
I want to try use modules of export from phpmyadmin in the fabrik.

Because I need export to ms excel (*.xls and *.xlsx) and normal export to pdf.
