Pdf not creating all the records

Using the pdf icon from a List, I am trying to produce a pdf file with about 100 records.
The icon is generating a file, but only around 50 records are being created.
Is there a way to increase the number of records the pdf icon can create in one go?

It's creating the records shown on the actual page in list view.
So you have to increase the number of records (but this may create timeouts...)

Thanks for this information.
I will be able to increase as you suggested above and then provide further instruction on my web page on how to handle the larger records. (i.e. two bites at the cherry)
I will close and start a new post re my email to question in Schedule > Email plugin.
