Plotalot & Fabrik 4.x

Hi all,

I remember on Joomla 3.9.x I was able to use Plotalot component+plugin and present charts on my website using the below thread as reference:

However I haven't tried it in Joomla 4.x and before i proceed and renew it I am wondering if someone is using the same component + plugin in Joomla 4.x and works fine.

Not sure about plot-a-lot but I use KoolReports for these purposes. It isn't an integration but you can use a form to set up the data stuff and then redirect to a KoolReport report. I use a simple Jumi app that creates the report based on the input vars passed to it by the Fabrik form. It all works very well.

I'm using J5 and J4.4 with F4Zeta and the latest plortalot installation intensively: no problem whatsoever. Plotalot dips directly in your database, so Fabrik does not enter the picture. You just use Fabrik to add/edit/manage records.

Check out the plotalot manual, it is really good and you'll discover a lot of additional useful options.

@achartier I think Plotalot fits better to my needs although KoolReport looks also interesting
