popup forms

when you select one of the campaigns for editing, a nice looking popup window appears but there are two things i wish would work differently.

1. the tab button doesn't work to go from field to field.
2. when you press 'save', the form saves but doesn't say so... and should also go away and update the list when 'save' is pressed.

1 - Tabbing works for me, I select the first field then I can tab through them (windows chrome)
2 - Think this might be due to the bug I fixed here https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/commit/d44ec85c68f2a56e6d087ef2b92afdca17850e37, the code should show a 'record saved' alert if it runs through to the end.

i'm pretty sure that tabbing only works if inline edit is NOT used.

so the use of inlineedit seems to break tabbing on the modal forms (tried on ff and chrome).

it's broken on my original link above still.

Think we fixed this one earlier today. The inline edit plugin no longer highjacks the tab key
